Oven Instructions
- If you don’t have an air fryer, the courgettes can be roasted in the oven instead. Preheat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6.
- Toss the courgettes in a medium roasting tin with the oil, salt, pepper and oregano. Mix well to coat, then roast for 30 minutes. Toss the courgettes halfway through cooking.
