How to make this Simple Burger Sauce
Ingredients
- 45g mayonnaise (Heinz light is my favourite!)
- 15g tomato ketchup
- 15g American mustard
- 30g gherkins, finely chopped, plus 1 tsp of brine from the jar
- a couple of shakes of Tabasco sauce
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients together in a small bowl and leave to sit at room temperature until you're ready to use it.

Simple Burger Sauce
Ingredients
- 45 g (3 tbsp) mayonnaise Heinz light is my favourite!
- 15 g (1 tbsp) tomato ketchup
- 15 g (1 tbsp) American mustard
- 30 g (1.1 oz) gherkins finely chopped, plus 1 tsp of brine from the jar
- a couple of shakes of Tabasco sauce
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
