125mlhot saucewe like Frank's RedHot Wings Buffalo Sauce
1tbspWorcestershire sauce
50gbutter melted
1tbsptabasco sauce
1tspcayenne pepper
125mlsour cream
60mlmayonnaise
75gblue cheesecrumbled
1.5tspwhite wine vinegar
juice of 0.5 lemon
seasoning to taste
Instructions
Marinate the chicken wings in a bowl in a mixture of the hot sauce, butter, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco sauce and cayenne pepper - preferably overnight, but a couple of hours is fine.
Transfer the wings to a roasting dish or baking tray and grill for 12 to 15 minutes under a high heat until they're cooked through and golden brown on both sides - turn and baste with the sauce half way through.
Make the blue cheese dip by combining the sour cream, mayonnaise, blue cheese, white wine vinegar and lemon juice. Season to taste.
Lay out the wings on a platter and serve with the blue cheese dip.
