Put a saucepan over a medium heat and add a splash of sesame oil. Then add the chopped spring onion and fry for about 30 seconds, add the paprika, crumble in the stock cube or pot and stir in the milk.
Stir to combine everything, then add the prawns.
Simmer gently for 3 minutes, then squeeze in the juice from the lemon and stir in the honey.
Serve in a bowl and drizzle with sesame oil. It’s as easy as that and so good!
Notes
The ingredients are easy to increase to feed more if you wish.
