Easy Air Fryer Cajun Chicken Wings

Prep is quick and then the air fryer does the hard work, resulting in delicious crispy chicken wings

- 8 chicken wings (approx. 600g) wing tips removed and jointed to give 16 pieces in total
- 2 tsp baking powder (see Notes)
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp pepper
- 4 tsp Cajun seasoning (see Notes)
- vegetable or sunflower oil spray
Put the wings into a large bowl and toss well with the baking powder, salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning until all of the wings are coated.
Place the seasoned wings in the air fryer basket(s), or on racks, sprayed with oil (you may need to work in batches depending on the size of your drawer(s)).
Cook at 120C for 15 minutes then turn the wings over and cook at 200C for 15 minutes.
Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a serving bowl or plate and enjoy!
- Baking powder makes the chicken skin blister and air frying makes them lovely and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside!
