Zesty Italian-Style Dressing

Use it to dress pasta salad, green salad, or any salad that would go well with a vinaigrette-style dressing.

Ingredients
  

  • 150ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 shallot diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until combined, or pulse in a food processor.
  • Use immediately or store in the fridge in a jar or airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Shake or stir well before using to prevent separation.

Notes

  • This zesty italian-style dressing recipe is easily adapted if you want to make less or more.
