Zesty Italian-Style Dressing

Use it to dress pasta salad, green salad, or any salad that would go well with a vinaigrette-style dressing.

- 150ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 shallot diced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until combined, or pulse in a food processor.
Use immediately or store in the fridge in a jar or airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Shake or stir well before using to prevent separation.
