This ginger soy dressing recipe appeared in the June/July 2022 easyFood magazine in a 2 page spread of 6 DIY dressings. All of the dressings really appealed...I've made 3 out of the 6, with this being the first one.
It's a perfect dressing for a cold noodle or rice salad, or to season stir-fried vegetables with rice or noodles.
It's a very well balanced dressing that sings of delicious asian flavours.
